What I’m looking for
Teams that treat design as a craft, not a checkbox — where a product designer is expected to also care about the brand it lives inside. I’m especially drawn to problems with real operational complexity: dense data, regulated flows, systems more than single screens.
How I work
Research before pixels, always — but I move fast once direction is clear. I default to prototypes over specs, and I’d rather show three rough directions early than one polished one late.
